FAILURE TO PASS FBI NICS BACKGROUND CHECK
When purchasing firearms from JOHNSON CREEK FIREARMS LLC and/or use us to perform a firearms transfer from dealer to buyer, you will be required to complete a federally mandated NICS FBI background check. Upon receiving results that determine you are NOT eligible to purchase a firearm, all firearms will remain in the possession and ownership of JOHNSON CREEK FIREARMS LLC. All monies used to purchased firearms, whether with Cash, Credit Card or Check will NOT be returned. You have the ability to appeal the background check results directly with the FBI. JOHNSON CREEK FIREARMS LLC does not assist in the appeals process.

Refund Policy
There are NO refunds on Firearms purchased from JOHNSON CREEK FIREARMS LLC. JOHNSON CREEK FIREARMS LLC has the discretion on what purchases and products will be refunded at any given time. Sale item refunds will only be given for the amount paid at the time of purchase.
